Both our branches operate a fleet of purpose-built furniture moving vehicles and containers. We are committed to customer experience – ensuring the integrity of your items and a timely manner of pick-up/delivery. That being said, long distance moving is still an important process that requires several stages of preparation and execution.
A dedicated coordinator will act as one of your multiple points of contact to manage your move, assist with documentation and ensure we meet or exceed your service expectations.
There are multiple options to commence your moving process – a dedicated representative, a home visit or a friendly helpful face on the screen of your smartphone.
Getting Packed (in case you need it)
Our Company have made the commitment to containerize all long-distance relocations. We exclusively utilize our air-ride suspension rigs (52’ trailers) to deliver the lowest possible carbon footprint and enhanced customer safety.
When moving to a large dense city (NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco etc.), we will usually shuttle (link to shuttle service) out your belongings with a separate smaller truck of ours for a high-quality and thorough door-to-door service.
Direct Loading at Residence
We strive to direct load containers at the customers residence. Direct loading is an option that minimizes the number of times your goods are handled, which in turn reduces the risk of accidental damage. Please discuss (link to jot form) this with your consultant as the service may not be available in some circumstances.
